Ambos tenían un blog de viajes llamado “Holidays and Happily Ever Afters”
En el Parque Nacional de Yosemite, en California, EU, fueron encontrados los cuerpos de un hombre y una mujer que murieron la semana pasada tras caer por un acantilado, según reporta el periódico Mercury News.
Los cuerpos corresponden a Vishnu Viswanath, de 29 años, y su esposa Meenakshi Moorthy, de 30. Fueron encontrados el jueves pasado a unos 245 metros por debajo del mirador de Taft Point, popular entre los turistas por sus espectaculares vistas. El Servicio de Parques Nacionales está investigando cómo se produjo la caída de la pareja.
Ambos eran ciudadanos indios que residían en Estados Unidos y eran exalumnos de la Universidad de Ingeniería de Chengannur, así lo dio a conocer la institución a través de una publicación en Facebook.
“Nuestros corazones están con los amigos y familiares de esta encantadora pareja”, decía el mensaje en esta red social.

Vishnu y Meenakshi tenían un blog de viajes llamado “Holidays and Happily Ever Afters” en el que compartían sus aventuras en lugares pintorescos de todo el mundo, destaca el sitio RT. Asimismo, tenían una cuenta de Instagram con el mismo nombre que contaba con más de 13 mil seguidores.
En marzo de este año, Meenakshi publicó en esta red social una foto en la que aparecía sentada en un acantilado del Gran Cañón del Colorado. En la descripción de la imagen, la joven advertía sobre los peligros de tomar fotos extremas solo para conseguir “me gusta” en redes sociales.
“Muchos de nosotros, yo incluida, somos realmente fanáticos de los temerarios intentos de pararse al borde de los acantilados y rascacielos, pero ¿sabían que las ráfagas de viento pueden ser fatales?…¿Vale nuestra vida una sola foto?”, escribió la joven.

Yesterday, I decided to be one myself and participated in the #WomensMarch here. I went alone and was on the verge of a meltdown 😶 for the first few minutes since everyone had their own squad and a tad reserved to accept this pink haired girlie 💕👩 but then I met my SISTERHOOD and I came back with a fiery tribe 🔥to dance with and mad memories to die for ✨ … It is ironical like @gloriasteinem said, the moment a woman chooses to behave like a full-human-being, she gets into a hell lotta troubles,😏and from yesterday my sisterhood and I, we have been subjected to a lot of “trolls” and controversies from people who couldn't care less about all this.🙄Let me help you here.🤗 〰️ WHY are we doing this and WHO are we doing this for⁉️ … 🔻We want the society to RESPECT OUR CHOICES. Treat us like a FULL HUMAN BEING.
